Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–20 business days depending on your location and the courier network.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping applies to orders over $100.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and rural addresses?
Yes. Australia Post handles PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and rural deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide at cost. Please check your country’s customs rules for dried meat products before ordering.

What makes Bark Bites treats different?
Our treats are made with real ingredients and kept simple. They are single-ingredient, air-dried and made without fillers, preservatives or mystery ingredients.
Are your treats Australian-made?
Yes. Our treats are Australian-made using ingredients sourced from Australia and New Zealand.
Do you add preservatives or additives?
No. We use real ingredients and air-dry them naturally. No unnecessary preservatives, fillers or artificial additives.
Orders, Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help. Email us as soon as possible at info@bark-bites.com.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll help fix it. Please send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number.
What if I received the wrong product?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’ll help arrange the correct item.
What if my parcel is lost?
If tracking stops updating, we’ll work with the courier and help resolve it. If needed, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once products have left our warehouse.
Your Dog’s Safety
What if my dog has allergies?
If your dog has allergies, choose a protein they already tolerate. Many owners with sensitive dogs start with novel proteins such as kangaroo or venison. Always introduce new treats slowly.
Are your treats safe for puppies?
Yes, but introduce new proteins slowly and choose treats that suit your puppy’s size, chewing style and age. Always supervise your dog while eating treats or chews.
