📦 How long does it take to ship my order?
We dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–20 business days, depending on your location and courier network.
🎁 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free shipping applies to all orders over $150 or when you purchase our Taster Bag.
🏡 Do you ship to PO Boxes and rural addresses?
Yes — Australia Post handles all PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and rural deliveries.
🌏 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide at cost. Please check your country’s customs rules for dried meat products.

All treats are all-natural, single-ingredient, and free from fillers, preservatives or nasties. Just honest, clean, nutritious food for dogs.

Yes all our treats are 100% Australian-made using ingredients sourced only from Australia and New Zealand
🍃 Do you add any preservatives or additives?
Never. We only use real ingredients, naturally air-dried to lock in nutrients.

💰What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
🔁Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes — you can subscribe to your favourite treats and save with automatic delivery.
✏️Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make changes. Email support@bark-bites.com
Returns & Refunds
📦 What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll replace it with no hassle. Send us a photo and your order number.
🔄 What if I received the wrong product?
We’ll send out the correct item right away.
❓ What if my parcel is lost?
If tracking shows no updates, we’ll work with the courier and resend your order if needed.
🚫 Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once products have left our warehouse.
Your Dog’s Safety
🌾 What if my dog has allergies?
Most dogs who have a food allergy are usually allergic to beef and chicken, We recommend trying our venison or kangaroo treats
🐕🦺 Are your treats safe for puppies?
Yes, our treats are safe for all sizes! Slowly introduce new proteins to your puppy to avoid an upset stomach.
