Australian Shipping

We proudly ship Australia-wide — including PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and rural areas. We keep things simple, straightforward and transparent.

For street addresses in VIC, NSW, TAS, SA, ACT, you can choose between:

Standard Courier (Couriers Please / Aramex)

Australia Post Shipping

For WA, NT, QLD and all PO Box/Parcel Locker/Parcel Collect addresses, shipping is via Australia Post only.

You’ll receive FREE shipping when you:

  • $5 — Orders $99–$150
  • $10 — Orders under $99

Australia Post

  • $7.50 — Orders $99–$150
  • $12 — Orders under $99

International Shipping

New Zealand

We ship to NZ at cost.
Please note:

  • NZ Customs prohibits poultry products.
  • If customs seizes or disposes of your order, we cannot provide refunds or credits.

Worldwide Shipping

  • We ship globally at cost.
  • Please ensure dried meat products are allowed in your country.

We cannot offer refunds or credits for parcels rejected or destroyed by foreign customs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is lost or hasn’t moved according to tracking, email us — we’re always happy to help and can resend when necessary.

We use trusted partners (Couriers Please, Aramex and Australia Post), but once your parcel has left our warehouse, delivery times are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Replacement & Returns

We want you to feel completely safe purchasing from Bark Bites.

Our No-Hassle Guarantee

If we make a mistake or something arrives damaged, we’ll fix it — quickly and fairly.

We accept returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect items sent
  • Damaged products upon arrival
  • Parcels lost in transit

Due to the nature of pet food, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Auto-fill can enter old or incorrect addresses.

If your order hasn’t shipped:

We’ll update the address for you at no cost.

If your order has shipped:

A courier redirection or re-send fee may apply.
